Surah Naba (Audio)

Surah An-Naba in the Holy Quran is available in this application in both Arabic and Turkish scripts.

• The chapter of Amma was revealed in Makkah-i Mukarramah and consists of forty verses.
• It is referred to as Surat An-Naba due to its content about the Day of Judgment. It is called the Amma surah because it commences with the word 'Amma'. The surah covers topics such as Allah's blessings upon humans, the Day of Judgment, events on that day, the punishment in Hell, the inhabitants of Hell, and the regrets of unbelievers after being held accountable by Allah.
• Allah states in Surah An-Naba that Hell is a place of watch for disbelievers. It is their final abode where they will remain for extended periods, enduring the torment without respite, with boiling water and pus to drink.
• Reciting Surah An-Naba is believed to instill hopelessness in the hearts of disbelievers. It is said that Allah increases sustenance and rewards for those who engage with this chapter. According to a Hadith commentary by Qadi Baydawi, a person will witness their place in Paradise before passing away.
